Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP and a frightened father Henry. People know me best through my Instagram page @annephung. Here I tell my story-the highs, the lows, and everything in between. I arrived in America with my brother and parents in 1990 when I was 1 1/2 years old. older. I wouldn't be now sharing my story with you if it weren't for my parents love determination and dedication. Being aware of the possibility at a better future I strived to make them proud and had a clear vision for the success. My goals were set: I would study at university, land a job in a corporation, marry and buy an apartment. I figured that was the ultimate definition of success. but life was not so sure to teach me the meaning of success. Money and the prestige of my position did not make me happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn a paycheck. As I began to move towards my new life path I discovered that personal training was what I wanted to do. I am a lover of exercise and enjoy working in the company of people and am eager to help those around me. In 2014, I launched my small business and this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th anniversary. Since I am a Asian woman in the industry, there are very few. In the coaching industry, I want to change the world through providing high-quality training that will aid others to become healthier and happier. Additionally, I want to encourage people to pursue their desires and accomplish anything and everything they want to do in their life. When my business was taking flight I also lost my mom. This loss is the most devastating of them everything. She won her eight-year battle with the disease. Now she's resting on Heaven and I'll remain close to her in my heart. It's amazing how the world gives us exactly the instruction we require, even when we don't realize it. My mom's death changed my life in many ways, and I truly believe that my Mom gave me another chance to be alive through her passing. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her next life and I was given a second chance at living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. At the age of 30 I am awestruck by the feeling of living and being alive. I'm not feeling like I just exist anymore. My goal in the story I am sharing is to inform you that, you are not the only one. I want you to be aware that love exists and that therapy is regular. Health is your greatest asset. There is only one chance to live. I hope you enjoy it to the max.
